CASHEW CHESTNUTS
It is the fruit of the Anacardium occidentale, also known as cashew, Indian walnut, cashew nut, cashew, caguil or merey is a tree native to the Amazon region of northeastern Brazil and almost all Venezuela. It is consumed without shells with or without salt.

• Health Benefits:
Cashews are a valuable source of unsaturated fatty acids, which help balance cholesterol and triglyceride levels, benefiting cardiovascular health. It contains antioxidants and favors the restoration of calcium in the bones.

• Production:
The chestnuts are dried, selected, classified, autoclaved, cooled and dried.
